Spa Reservations

We recommend making a spa reservation for all services in advance to ensure desired times. To secure your appointment, we will require a credit card or gift certificate number; however you may pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, debit, credit card or gift certificate.


Arrival Time

To relax and enjoy your treatment, we ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your treatment time and 15 minutes prior to medical treatments.

As a courtesy to our guests, late arrivals may result in customizing the service to fit the remaining booking time.


Environment

Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by lowering your voice and turning off your cell phone.


Will I Be Comfortable?

Please communicate your wishes openly whether its massage pressure, room temperature, or music level, we will make adjustments to suit you. When receiving body treatments disrobe to the level of your comfort. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner so that you are always covered.


Gratuity

Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our guests and are appreciated. It is customary to provide a 15 - 20% gratuity for salon and spa services. Envelopes are provided so you may leave a personal note of appreciation along with your gratuity.


Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that the treatment times are reserved especially for you. To cancel an appointment and avoid a full fee charge, we require 48 hours advance notice for individual treatments and 7 days notice for half and full day pamper packages. This policy also applies to Gift Certificates.
